ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR MASTER DEGREE

Online counselling in Chhattisgarh State for admission in B.E. Program on the basis of AIEEE for other state candidates is scheduled for the first phase from 21st July to 26th July, 2012 and second phase from 1st Aug to 4th Aug, 2012. For further details click on notifications.

Online counselling for admission in B.E. Program on the basis of CG-PET for candidates of Chhattisgarh State is scheduled from24th July to 7th August, 2012. For further details click on notifications.

STEPS FOR ADMISSION THROUGH ONLINE COUNSELLING

STEP 1: Download Bank Challan form payable at SBI Branch. 
STEP 2: Fill online registration form and get a print of Application Cum Option Form.

12th Marksheet
PET/AIEEE Score Card (whichever applicable)
Bank Challan Copy
STEP 3: Get verified your document at your nearest Document Verification Centre (DVC).
Documents required while verification.

10th Marksheet/ D.O.B Certificate
12th Marksheet
PET/AIEEE Score Card (whichever applicable)
Domicile Certificate
DTE Challan Copy
Permanent Cast Certificate (if applicable)
Cast Verification Certificate (if applicable)
Sainik Kalyan Board Certificate (if applicable)
Certificate issued by Collector for Swatantrata Sangram Sainani (if applicable)
Disability Certificate (if applicable)
Two recent passport size photographs
STEP 4: Get an Acknowledgement Cum Option Form from DVC.
STEP 5: Check your Login ID for allotment details.
STEP 6: Get your Admission based on allotment.
Document required at the time of admission

Income Certificate, (if applicable)
Original Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate (CC),
Original Gap Certificate (If any gap in between 8th to 12th standard) and
Original Migration Certificate. (For other than CG Board candidates)

Maximum age limit is 30 years and relaxation of 3 years for ST/SC/OBC/H/WOMEN
